Pilates


What is Pilates?
Pilates, It is a Physical fitness system that people practice with discipline, regularly and instruction. It is a proper exercise and educational approach for the body mechanics, truncal, coordinated breathing, muscle coordination’s and pelvic stabilization.
Pilates exercise includes:
1.    Mat exercises
2.    Warm up exercise
3.    Exercise balls
4.    Exercise techniques
5.    Magic circle
6.    Pilates routine
7.    Stretching exercises
8.    Exercise bands
Pilates exercise we can do either on a mat or floor as per our comfort. As a workout equipment generally we use pulley and resistance from the participation of our body weight on the machine.
Warn up exercise generally prepare our body for a yoga practice. If you have habit of warm up exercise for 1 hour at morning you will feel comfortable whole days. The question comes How do we warm up?
Recently I need to find some decent full motion exercise to help stretch and warm up properly. Now I am feeling good I have much never had to do this before.
Exercise balls, Many people prefer to sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair. This is based on the theory of back muscle and abdominal are constantly engaged and active in order to maintain proper posture and balance on the ball.
